4-day Group Relations Conference is based on Tavistock Institute (UK) methodology. Initially it is the way to understand the group life “here and now” to uncover group hidden or unconscious processes. Group Relation Russia suggests to use this methodology to understand the hidden processes in business environment: work groups, project teams, departments and in organizations to explore the sources of conflicts, more effective decision making, corporate culture change – all that aim for effective business and organizational environment.
